Horizontal Autoclave Machine

Horizontal steam sterilizer is the equipment that disinfects and sterilizes the objects with saturated steam, its structure is horizontal and heating way is: electric heating and direct steam heating. It is composed of sterilization room, jacket, shell, door, steam generator, pipe system, control system, indicating system and power-supply system.

6. The power will be cut-off automatically,cut-off the water and alarm when the machine lacking water.

7. The chamber of the sterilizer is made of stainless steel.

  Saturated pressure steam is used to sterilize article, for it will liberate a great amount of heat when condensing. To make the articles (need to be sterilized) hot and wet for a certain time, most resistant bacterial spores will be killed, and then sterilization aim is reached. The method is reliable, economical, and easy to be controlled, so it has been used for more than one hundred years.
