Its final products boast good uniformity, mobility, and dissolving capacity with high purity and quality. The production procedures are simple and the operation and control are easy. The liquid of 40~60% moisture contents (for special materials, the contents may be 90%) can be dried into powder or particles once a time. After drying, there is no need for smashing and sorting. The product particle diameters, looseness and water contents can be adjusted through changing the operation condition in a certain scope.

Peristaltic Pump：The feed volume can be adjusted by the feed peristaltic pump, the minimum sample processing volume is 50ML.
Dual Regulator Control：Double pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge display, control spray pressure.

Drying Tower：The drying tower is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, and the material is heated evenly, with high heat exchange drying strength and rapid drying.

LED Screen：Dynamic display air inlet temperature/air outlet temperature/peristaltic pump speed/air volume/needle frequency.

Observation window：Equipped with two observation windows, it is convenient to observe the entire spray drying process.

Collection Bottle：When taking materials, turn off the peristaltic pump, and then turn on the peristaltic pump to continue the drying experiment.
