Opening the cover takes one simple left-and-right turn, and a buffer spring keeps it from falling back suddenly. The spring-loaded safety valve releases excess pressure automatically, while the drainage knob empties the chamber after sterilization.
The chamber is built from sandblasted stainless steel inside and out, with a 304 stainless steel inner drum for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Three stainless steel sterilization baskets come as standard, and four casters let you move the loaded unit wherever it is needed.
