EXHAUST DEVICE ：The autoclave is equipped with automatic-reset overpressure safety valve, solenoid exhaust valve and manual exhaust valve safety devices, with multiple protections and stable equipment operation. THICKENED FLANGE:Thickened flange pot lid, strong pressure bearing capacity, made of real materials, pays attention to quality and durable use.

CONTROL PANEL:Fully automatic control, one-touch operation, no human intervention required, different programs can be set according to the sterilization requirements of different foods.

ELECTRIC DRAIN VALVE:After the equipment is sterilized, the drain valve can automatically drain water according to the instructions set in advance to ensure timely cooling.

This counter-pressure sterilization retort utilizes high temperatures to eliminate bacteria rapidly, significantly reducing the time required for the sterilization process. It ensures effective, contamination-free sterilization and effectively resolves issues such as the inability to store food at room temperature, package bloating, and spoilage during long-term storage or shipping. It is suitable for a wide range of packaged products-including vacuum bags, glass jars, and PP cups-extending shelf life to between 3 and 6 months. Typical applications and products include laboratory use, canned fish, vacuum-sealed beef, roast chicken, *zongzi* (sticky rice dumplings), meat pastes, salted duck eggs, corn, fishing bait, dried tofu, donkey meat, pastes/sauces, and curry rice.
